Ask the teamHow do I place an order?
Build your brief here, copy it, then join the Kodex Discord and open an order ticket. Paste your brief and add any reference images there. Preparing a brief does not place or pay for an order.
How much will my project cost?
Custom work is quoted according to scope. Your designer confirms the price and payment arrangements in your ticket before moving forward. Marketplace items have separate listed prices.
Can I order more than one service?
Yes. Select all the services you are interested in when building your brief. The team can then discuss the scope and schedule together.
What should I include in my brief?
Your community name, the services you need, approximate quantity, preferred timeframe and any useful notes. Add logos, colour references and example images directly in your Discord ticket.
How do revisions and refunds work?
The current terms explain revisions, refunds, payment and ownership. Read them before ordering and clarify anything specific with your designer.
